Real Temples, Real Doom

In case you missed the article, i09 has an eye opener on Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull being 'mostly' CGI-free. Definitely check out the link, as it features a decent pictorial featuring the work of Guy Hendrix Dyas, who aside from designing Magneto's cell in X2, also had a hand in concept and design for the slightly more reprehensible (as an overall film), yet attractive-looking The Cell, which itself borrowed more than a few concepts from artist Damien Hirst. But enough editorializing, I couldn't be more happy that they've decided to keep Indy 'au naturale' for the upcoming May release, despite the involvement of LucasArts.

Thank God! It's (not) fake!
If they started adding Imperial walkers and dewback lizards, I'd have to try to melt George Lucas' icy heart with a cool island song. (wait, is that right?)
Also, anyone else notice that Jim Broadbent is in every movie this year? Crystal Skull, The Half-Blood Prince (as Slughorn!), and the latest Andy Serkis vehicle Inkheart (if it ever sees the light of day). That's 11 years since his turn at Mother in The Avengers.
